Varna began with a single phone call. A floriculturist, — who runs an orchid farm in Pollachi (Small town in the beds of Western Ghats) — had more beautiful flowers than he could sell and asked, "Can we find a way to share these?" That question set everything in motion.

We spoke to florists, visited hotels and hospitals, and explored public spaces—from bustling streets to quiet salons. Inspired by a close friend and mentor, Vetri — who once shared with us how flowers shaped his love for nature — we expanded our vision beyond orchids to deliver floral joy for every moment.
