SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
Smooth Shipping, Simple Returns

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Returns : 

  • You have 2 hours to inform from the time of delivery to the return of any item you receive.

  • To be eligible for a return,

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Your item must be in the original packaging.

  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, eligibility of return in null and void, but we're here to help to make your experience better.


Refunds : 

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

  • You will receive the credit within 7 to 14 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.​


Delivery Timeline :


We offer fast delivery services. All orders within our serviceable locations will be delivered within a maximum of 24 hours, subject to product availability, order confirmation, and delivery location.

Shipping :


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
